Terms & Conditions — Aladin99

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Aladin99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at aladin99.cam ("the Platform").

Should you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Aladin99 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. Aladin99 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

Account Currency

All Aladin99 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players based in Malaysia may deposit using DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and supported cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

Aladin99 is committed to maintaining the integrity of the Platform and protecting all users. All players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal and/or when requested by Aladin99 at any point during their account lifecycle.

KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid copy of a government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent.

Deposits are generally credited to the player's account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In exceptional cases — such as during bank maintenance periods or network delays — processing may take up to sixty (60) minutes. Aladin99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending further verification checks, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Aladin99 offers various bonus programmes and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses require completion of the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses carry a standard 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified on each promotion. Unused bonuses that expire will be forfeited without compensation.

Upon closure of an account due to a breach of these Terms, Aladin99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and no fraudulent activity is confirmed, Aladin99 will endeavour to return such funds via the player's original deposit method.

Aladin99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical outages may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which Aladin99 shall not be held liable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aladin99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aladin99 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to Aladin99's internal dispute resolution process.

Players with a complaint or dispute must contact Aladin99's customer support team in writing in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute. Aladin99 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

Aladin99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
